Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is an American country singer and songwriter. Her debut singles came out in 2007 and an album called Satisfied. In 2013, she launched her second album entitled Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe performing with Blake Shelton in the year 2015. she came out with The Blade. This album earned her acclaim and praise. Ashley Monroe, Assistant Village Manager for the village in Riverside Illinois has more than fifteen years of experience within the private sector. She spent nearly five years working in Iowa City as the Deputy City manager. The current duties of the Assistant Village Manager include management of the Community Development and Building Department in coordinating grant applications and working on special initiatives. Ashley is accountable for managing the operations and activities of Riverside Village while also implementing the vision and strategy for elected officers. Ashley's prior roles have included administration planning, communications budgeting, and staff management and collective negotiation. Ashley is also passionate about climate change. Due to her engagement in the national community and working in communities with populations ranging Ashley has gained an understanding of the many complexities and differences in how public organizations work. Ashley's program concentrates on leadership, management and public administration as seen from the perspective as a professional. She focuses on adapting ethical and strategic decisions in order to address today's challenges and issues, as well as manage intergovernmental relations.
